I wanted to hit up the community and see if anyone was familiar with the brothers, Eric and Bret Weinstein, and their current crusade? Eric has Phd in Math from University of Pennsylvania and from my understand had a pretty hard falling out with academia and the same with Bret. Bret has a Phd in Biology and was famous for standing up to the students at Evergreen State College a couple years ago.
I know there isn’t a lot of kindness towards guys usually coming from their background but I think they are on the right track… Eric has identified the media’s twisting of the real news (he’s calling it the DISC) and Bret brings in big pharma, drugs, and lab mice with the issues surrounding all that.
Really worth listening too if you have the time and are scientifically inclined. What they are onto here with mice having very long telomeres could explain a lot regarding our drugs and pharmacological issues today, especially regrading vaccines. I think they are both more on the liberal side, maybe a little libertarian, but their message is true and worth listening too. I’d love to hear from anyone if they’re familiar with this and what they think. Cheers!
