What if….

I was watching the movie V for Vendetta again because it seems to mirror the events transpiring before us today. The subplot is virtually the same. Why is it that the people behind this deem it necessary to inform us in such trivial manners of their intentions as if seeking our approval by our lack of action. In the movie, the inspector asks this very question. What if those behind this are those very same people, the faceless cabal and their useful idiots. Would you really want to know? If you knew, what would you choose to do about it?
