Until “The National Emergency” is cancelled, we are under the iron fist of FEMA. I believe this is how local police justify their brown-shirt enforcement of ridiculous “guidelines” like not allowing people out in the sunshine or paddle boarding (who the heck can get closer than 6′ from another boarder?) Who cancels the emergency? Do governors have authority over FEMA? All the science in the world doesn’t seem to matter until we know how we stop this walk toward starvation in our communities.
