If you feel the urge to debate or argue with everyone, its time to take a break from social media, news, “conspiracy stuff” etc… and refocus. It feels wonderfull in my experience. 🙂

You are not alone in your thoughts on this. In Particular the Forum has been, how shall we say, “less civil” over the past few months. Having been a big part of large music forum in the Oughts, I can spot certain tactics a mile away. I also know that the rule, “never feed the trolls” still holds true. I’d like to take this opportunity to encourage us all, to be civil and to avoid denigrating language. We all have the right to our views and to voice them, that should not however include personal attacks. Thank you for saying exactly what I’ve been thinking.

It actually began somewhere between May and September 2016 and took off from there. There were some indications in the vidchats as well. The “community”, if you want to call it that, has been devolving ever since then. The ones who speak of trolls and attacks the loudest have been the very ones guilty of such behavior. They viciously gang up and attack anyone( with vitriol and hate that is incredibly intense) who doesn’t follow the Trump Cult, etc. It is so very obvious even to the most casual observer. They will lose in the end. It is inevitable.
