    Curiosities…
The Kennedy name came up recently in the vidchat and obviously I started word associations given that the Kennedys and other similar topics are on many people’s minds right now. If mental influence is possible through brain upload as also touched upon in the vidchat, I wonder if the receiver of these signals would experience them as word or thought associations like the one I getting right now on this subject…but I digress.

Kennedy leads to Camelot, Camelot leads to King Arthur. and isn’t it curious that one of the seminal works on King Arthur is from a french man, specifically Chrétien de Troyes. In itself, the name isn’t a real name and only a stand-in or some would say alias simply meaning the Christian from Troyes as in Troyes, France. Coincidentally and of no importance, I am myself a Christian from Troyes since my family on my mother side is from there. The Christian from Troyes is said to have written his Arthurian works from 1177 to 1181 and as it happens, the most important Templar battle was won in 1177 against Salah ad-Din. Coincidence upon coincidence, the Templar order was also founded in Troyes about 60 years earlier. It is said that Chrétien de Troyes was a herald-at-arms from 1160 to 1171 between the second and third Crusade (modern parlance would identify his profession as intelligence officer, I would think).

I just find it a little odd that such a seminal work in Arthurian legend of a presumably English king would be written in France by someone who may have been an Templar intelligence agent. If someone overheard his name in the Levant, I would guess they would never make the direct and obvious identification of a Templar Knight as a Christian from Troyes.

I however have never until now made such a direct connection between the Knights Templar and King Arthur and his court. The Arthurian legend obviously surrounds the Grail but I thought this was simply using removed and common Christian imagery rather than a more direct connection. Twelve knights around a big table entertaining a wounded king sounds a little bit familiar.

I’ve gotta to brush up on my Arthurian legends, it seems and work it in the tapestry.

More sleuthing led me to the work of Ralph Ellis and his works on the subject.

That reminds me, I have to download my copy of Lord of the Rings.

    • …and of course Ralph Ellis has a youtube channel with lots of videos with interesting titles.

Has anyone read his books or watch his videos?

    • Cool find. There is evidence that the templars managed to get their hands on some of the druidic treasures that may have originated from Jerusalem. The Knights Templar were also digging up Dinas Head in Wales. It might not follow that the knights of the round table became the knights templar (I personally don’t think there is a link). I think there is more evidence for the strategic alliance of English & French royalty during those periods whereby a transference of literature did occur. The Knights Templar were in Dinas Head (Wales) either digging something up or burying something. I like Ralph Ellis and he’s done some good stuff but I don’t think he always gets it right.
