Well, after NINE hours of incredible hassle and fussiness from Lulu’s new and very poorly designed website – a true Rube Goldberg masterpiece of confusion, explanations missing several steps, engineered incompetence – and one of the worst experiences in customer-user-non-friendliness I’ve ever endured, the new book is uploaded. Unfortunately, NOTHING I attempted would get it into the size I wanted (a 6 x 9 trade paperback), but an 8.5 x 11 monster. So please understand folks, you can complain to Lulu about the size. I hope you’ll enjoy it ANYWAY… now I’m going to go indulge in some primal scream therapy. As soon as I get my copies, and if they look alright, I’ll make it publicly available and have Daniel post it on the website.

  Lulu was too good to be true. Seems TPTB are sweeping up every piece of good and real information they can find.

  So Lulu had to take the fun out of the “fun little book”. Very unfortunate.
