Yes big firms already do this now. They sell software for such things like a ‘digital huddle’ so instead of all piling around a whiteboard for sales teams you can do it remotely. The firm selling the software then is able to monitor the people – blood pressure, stress and worry so they can chart success and failure to human emotion. I doubt the employee understands that every day they are the subject of an experiment.
