Who or what are they looking for? What does the risk vs. reward look like? The 1,2,3,etc. order effects are disrupting the production of their precious tax cattle among a number of other ripples caused by the butterfly effect. A con job of this magnitude incurs a significant amount of risk unless the objective was or included disruptive intent. I don’t believe “they” are stupid, which suggests (to me) that moving as quickly as they have with such a weak and fallible cover story, suggests desperation. Why? Has a rival faction, or perhaps an underdog, somehow gotten the upper hand? Or, as suggested, are our distant cousins coming home to check on things?
My mind is all over the place on this one, without knowing the players involved, its a tough nut to crack. Either way you cut it, at least one faction has moved on at least one rival. No doubt the smaller fish are in both crisis control as well as nudging back against rivals. Order out of chaos? Chaos Theory has been known to be strategically applied to both business and military application in order to “leap frog” an opponent/rival.

Well, for one thing, thanks to DARPA, they have the ability to use your DNA to specifically target you to literally stop you in your tracks. I read an article covering this about two weeks ago and now going back, I can’t pin or link that information. I am immediately sent to Goggle which sends me every direction BUT to that discussion.
DNA test, just as suspected. Nothing to do with exosomes.
