    US Cities gone crazy: has anyone here looked into whether there are procedures for “impeaching” mayors, councillors or other elected officers, and whether these have been or are being attempted.

      Half a dozen states are in the process of recreating themselves bottom up. New California is furthest along; imo likely to be in place by end of 2021. New California model is now being followed by 4 other states. As old state is dissolved possibly by means of Insurrection Act or National Emergency Act (exact name?
