Hello again GDS Community…back with another question. I am trying to re-watch the First Ever Member Vid-chat with Katie B. But when I click on it I get booted back to the page that explains this is for member’s only and would I like to sign up. I’m thinking it could be a fluke in the program, or perhaps members are limited to how many times it can be replayed, or…..it’s been taken down. I don’t think it’s an account issue because the tool bar is telling me “Howdy”. Suggestions anyone? It’s such a gem of a dialog, so much to digest….once just isn’t enough.

Linda, if you’re a paying subscriber and having technical issues, fill out a support ticket and Daniel will look at it.
Linda: Just noticed your post. I had the same problem, but with a different vidchat a few weeks ago & eventually filled-out a support ticket. I was told to look at #1 of the list of issues – that it was my computer. After giving-up and moving on, a few days later, I thought why naught and tried again. It miraculously worked. Hope you have had better luck.
