      This was painful to listen to. His delivery style is a bit off-putting.

        Oh yes, Tom is always Tom but he has moments of insights in out of the box thinking.

        I agree. I took me a little while, but it suddenly hit me that his Groucho Marx mustache along with his watching himself in the monitor is more than a little distracting. He is reading the comments, but Dr. Farrell reads, too, and it doesn’t cause all these pregnant pauses and facial gestures. LOL. Interesting insights…
