    I thought this video was quite illuminating, and I found it doing some research on the Molotov-Ribbentropp pact of 1939. Also interesting because one of our website members is in Estonia. That pact lies at the heart of some of the issues that led to the collapse of the Soviet Union. It is amazing to me how the debates here almost mirror the ante-bellum debates in the USA, with the socialists maintaining a quasi-mystical view of “the Union.” (Compare Gorbachev with Lincoln… it’s rather astonishing.) There are lots of lessons in this video…
