If anyone wants to see the stark reality of dialectic in action, take a look at what is occurring in Australia. On the one hand, the CCP-aligned Victorian government is doing the totalitarian thing to enforce compliance with complete lockdown, curfews and the need to carry papers to justify why you aren’t wearing a mask during your daily allotted hour of exercise.
On the other hand, there is the Federal government trying to play the “virus is totally serious, but we have a better answer” game with the remainder of the country to convince them that they have the correct solution to the virus containment. Every commentary is being framed around how to “eradicate” the virus while completely ignoring the facts on how infectious is the virus, how deadly is the virus and how justifiable any of it the government actions are.
There is an implicit agreement that the virus is the problem, and the only choice is between “solutions providers”. It shows clearly there is an agreement that a solution must be “provided” by somebody, the battle is over who is going to provide the solution. There is no official discussion of perhaps there being an alternative to totalitarian control, the choice is between, I guess, CCP AI or US/Isreali AI. Something is coming, whether you like it or not.
