I would like to point out what the summary concluded: no matter how incredulous these things seem to be, they always get borne out on a PAPER TRAIL. This is something that I continue to create. CAF has talked about how that paper trail made her case against the .gov provable and if we we allow a completely digital system, that trail is no longer traceable. We need to STOP IT, whatever it takes.
