No. Having looked into it, there is a possibility that the crudova virus tanked the bankstering system.

The rumor was that the treasury took over the Federal Reserve. FALSE. The Federal Reserve enlists Blackrock to purchase bonds, mortgage backed securities, from the Treasury.
