  Critical social justice theory at work. The “logic”: disparate outcomes can only be explained by racism; so, to combat racism, adjust the outcomes. I see homeschooling as a growth industry…

    Evidently the new normal includes withholding education of slaves. It was once the norm in the 1800’s.
