Peter S – Karl Marx called Religion the Opiate of the People. I have always thought that “Democracy” is the Opiate of “We the People…” in the U.S. The word Democracy is nowhere mentioned in The Declaration of Independence, The U.S. Constitution, or The Bill of Rights. And the Electoral College does, can and has Neutralized the “…one man, one vote concept.” Further, since 11.22.1963, 12:30 p.m. Dallas, Texas time I have come to believe that all New President’s are taken to the basement of the White House and shown the Original 8mm Zapruder Film of The JFK Removal – then asked – “ANY QUESTIONS ?” Look at what Minnesota Governor Jesse Ventura alleged happened to him after he was sworn in as Governor of Minnesota. By the way a friend who recently had lunch with Jesse Ventura states that Ventura told him (Ventura) “…was run out of the U.S., and he (Ventura) is now broadcasting from Russia.” Comments ? Respectfully, BB.
