Unless you are actually standing in the elections, I would recommend long walks in the fresh air tomorrow for the next couple of days, with strictly rationed viewing of any news (present company and a handful of other channels excepted). To paraphrase an old saying, Natura magister vitae.

lol not me. I’m digging in and doubling down. Up to the minute history in the making news is my oxygen. : ) Liked your comment anyway. Nature walks are my second fave activity.
