    Just listened to Josephs vidchat of yesterday. The overall mood was somber and it feels like our adversaries are going for the jugular of battered peoples low on energy.

    So, I was looking for a way to balance my mood towards a more neutral position.
    I did not do my prayers/meditation daily like I used too. If ever, it is exact the time for doing them daily and on time. I would even say, keeping the relation with natured life intact is of vital importance whatever the immediate outcome during my lifetime.

    It made my day a bit brighter so I thought I should share.

      True. When things go down, I look up to that higher power, and the next morning sparkles. Energy, energy, energy! Nice post 🙂
