      I remember those stories by Jimmy. Truth is in LA at least the police are criminal gangs in their own right. What you want is Reform, not defunding.

        Yep , same in NY, reforming should have been done
        long time ago, defunding is an agenda for a take over,
        same stuff ANTIFA did in Berlin during Wiemar
        republic. Lots of material on that one.
