That beats the WHO order for Covid19 tests in 2017! WOW. Great catch, Trawalettournikompomp!
Are you referring to these two?Any links to the 1:st edition as these are updated 9 april 2020 to fit the agenda.

That version listing Covid was archived by Wayback Machine in April 2020. The same document archived in July 2019 did not include Covid:

The version archived in 2019 has “March 2015” on the title page, but the version archived in 2020 does not. Looks to me like, after the scamdemic started, the original document was updated to include Covid and “March 2015” was removed from the title page. Seems plausible to me, anyway.
Yep but it maintains the phrase “PCR positive for Hepatitis C” and thats sorts of “gotcha moment” as we now know by Kary Mullis inventor of PCR test that PCR tests is a research tool not a tool for determining diseases and viruses. Latter case gives false results if used as such. However i found this
published April 2015 mentioning Corona-CoV:
*severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS-associated *coronavirus and Middle East respiratory syndrome *coronavirus virus, MERS-CoV)

Some further search shows the document you mentions
was first created in 2013 and Covid19 was added in
March 2020.
10 March 2020
Added COVID-19 (SARS-CoV-2) to list of notifiable diseases.
1 April 2015
Updated list of reportable diseases (March 2015).
1 December 2013
First published.
