I don’t know who either person is, but it’s a pretty good explanation of how, from a legal standpoint, there’s a more than even chance the Supreme Court would declare the late-arriving Penn. ballots unconstitutional. Not that you can ever really predict what a judge is going to do.

I thought the point about Sydney Powell was interesting: the idea that maybe she’s not trying to win a court case, but instead trying to publicly air enough evidence of fraud that GOP legislatures in various states feel they have enough ammunition to take the (otherwise very controversial and hard-to-justify) step of not appointing Biden electors, despite Biden’s “win” in their states. If true, that’s one heck of a clever maneuver. This could explain what, concretely, all those public hearings presenting evidence for fraud are meant to accomplish–to give GOP legislators really solid ground, in the public eye, for swapping out electors.

So semi charlatans like Corsi (member in secret society CNP, Council for National Policy) and RDS (member in same crap) both involved in huge infights with other CNP members like sexual deviant and growth hormone user RogerStone , Tom i-defend-Trompet-for-whatever etc, etc) both limited hangouts and RDS pal with quack clown Dr Piziensky both working at the same pysop CIA department for decades, and yeah RDS was town off YT for manipulating wive numbers. But heey,i’m pragmatic and listens to every quack out-here until they reveal themselves which they often do.
