About AG Barr: Would the U.S. AG’s office have a role to play if, for example, a couple of legislatures in states where Biden “won” decided to appoint Trump electors instead? In other words, how much does his opinion matter–beyond bad PR for Trump’s side? Maybe it’s a pre-emptive strike to discredit any state legislators who might be hoping to swap electors.
