      This is concerning, but I guess nothing would surprise me. The first thing that comes to mind is smuggling something in. Perhaps one of those “firecrackers” Dr. JPF has referred to? Perhaps this is why there’s all the reports of increased military birds overhead (looking for something)? Or not, that’s just the direction my mind goes.
