From a comment: Smith Mundt Modernization was a law that authorizes Domestic propaganda by CIA and state department. And funded it to control the media. It was included in the 2013 NDAA it’s still on the books! It’s the agency running this coup for years. Fake news is legalized propaganda and continuing!
