Time for High Octane speculation… U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in CA has decided to head arguments in Saleh v Bush that will allow a U.S court to hold a war crimes trial against George W Bush for crimes against humanity in prosecuting the Iraqi war. I wonder what evidence will come out as to Weapons of Mass Destruction and what exactly did the Bush administration mean by WMD’s? I doubt that the court will allow classified material to be provided in an open court.

Hmmmm…. knowing the US 9th circuit of appeals in CA is a very liberal progressive activist court with extreme leftist views. I see them clearing the way to prosecution of Bush and by the 20th of January before Trump takes office if he in fact makes it that long. I see a very slim opportunity by these Globalist to eliminate any witnesses to what they are up to.

Not resolved, from what I can tell on the basis of this session. whether there will be a trial, though I believe the odds are against the plaintiff in every conceivable way.
