  Telegram is headquartered in the UK and has it’s operational centre in Dubai. I suppose that makes them relatively safe from US interference though they can off be blocked on an ISP level like happened to Twitter in Uganda, causing the biggest display of hypocrisy so far this year by Jack Dorsey the Twitter CEO.

    … has any place on the Earth proved to be safe from US interference and meddling? I’d like to think there may be a place or two but I don’t hold out much hope.
