Per Armstrong Economics, Trudeau secretly cancelled the Canadian paper dollar on the 1st of January making all paper money in Canada non-legal tender. This information is yet to reach the citizens of Canada.

  Yes and if and when it might happen in the US many banks might not take cash as deposits if it happens.
