Last time I checked, Himalayas are in northern hemisphere and winter time. Glaciers tend to melt and breakaway in warmer months. Unless they have a help from some exotic technology. Chinese meddling with India on another level??

  The war may be getting significantly hotter but if so a curious action given the apparent state of the 3 gorges dam…something seemingly quite vulnerable right now…are we starting to see ops-within-ops within-ops-again?
