Original discourse of Galileo Galilei 1564-1642 (on the account of the) “Stream and Reflux of the Sea”. Written in ‘Romas’ (latin) in the form of a letter to Cardinal Alessandro Orsini on January 8, 1616.

From my simple understanding on the subject, this “Theory of the Tides” of Galileo’s was written as a demonstration of his then heretical ‘Copernican System’ which posited the the sun did not circle round the earth but conversely that actually the earth circled round the sun. Cardinal Bellarmine had earlier stated that Galileo’s ‘Copernican System’ could not be proved without physical evidence which why this theory of the tides was so important to Galileo. He initially wished to title his theory “Dialogue Concerning the Two Chief World Systems the Dialogue on the Ebb and Flow of the Sea”, but the inquisition ordered the removal of the association for the tides “ebb and flow of the sea”.

Galileo’s plight then, the risking of his career and more-so his life is eerily more prescient with passing day. This pertains the CoVid dilemma, how all must unquestionably and unequivocally “follow the science” which changes on a daily basis to tailor to the ever shifting narrative. This totalitarianism is instituted by a conglomerate of governments worldwide, organisations of health globally, pharmaceutical giants in conjunction with technocratic social system monopolies which censor, mislabel and cancel any and all attempts at a conversation, scientific method be dammed.
