Museum art on sale. The linked article focuses on the NY Metropolitan Museum and indicates similar issues at many other prominent art institutions. I keep an eye on the art scene and a couple of trends are developing due to the designed destruction of the economy – more art on the auction block going for record-breaking prices and more art that was available for public viewing going private. I believe both Dr. Farrell and CAF predicted this.
