    Each item (graphic) in the picture refers to a detailed treatise. One must research each item on this (pictorial) list separately before trying to grasp all of them in total. Which item on this (pictorial) list do you not agree with? If you have a better algorithm than the firefly inspired heartbeat algorithm conceived by the University of Bologna Italy / University of Hungary, then make your suggestion and your case for that suggestion and the trade federation for example, would consider your suggestion and replace the Firefly – Heartbeat algorithm and so on and so forth … it’s just a list… it’s helpful if only one item at a time is considered. Lists are boring so I made a picture of a sampling of items on the (check) list

      So if I’m understanding this correctly, what you are illustrating is a process whereby an institution (inclusive of governmental organizations) gathers new ideas related to their key projects from across the globe which they then grade and sort – rather like an ongoing global brainstorming event?
      If so, what are the incentives for the participants?

      To borrow from Dr. Stephen Greer who established the Sirius Disclosure project, “a better world if you can take it” / Given climate fluctuations (too wet, hot, cold, dry…) will negatively impact food production while population continues to rise, implementing incentives such as closer = cheaper because closer = less time to market, less fuel = less carbon emitted as one example

      I looked up the quote from Greer (which is said to be part of a conversation between Corso and an alien visitor). So, are you inferring that the contributors to this process are incentivized by their own desire to ‘make a better world’ and that yes, this is a global brainstorming process?
