This is beyond disgusting. I have an epileptic brother and have witnessed thousands of petit mal and grand mal seizures. I’ve seen him literally turn blue from lack of oxygen. Its under controll now with medication but that’s beside the point. This should be viewed as attempted murder in my opinion.
