    Here is a 1995 video of Phiil Schneider (arkancided 1996) about the DUMBs, alien elements, IFO’s (identified as we built them and trained foreign pilots). I think I saw this about 7 years ago but someone brought it out again and reminded me that the cabal (with the help of our military) has been VERY busy for a long time getting ready for martial law.
