Good point, surveillance capitalism is young and doing things lawfully since there are no laws against capturing data. But if there is no longer the “rule of law” and our judicial system is compromised, where are we except on our own.

This may not answer your question, but I’ve seen the video that justa posted and think everybody should watch it. Zuboff does a really good job explaining how big tech sucks up your behavioral data without your knowledge and uses it for surveillance and profit.
