      Based on all of the research I have done on this topic, a healthy immune system (clean water, organic non-GMO food, plus C, D, Zinc, etc.) and a significant reduction in exposure to devices emitting microwave range EMF and other unhealthy lower range EMF can fortify a healthful body and mind against pretty much any minor toxin and support recovery from major toxins. Using the mind to help others heal has also been demonstrated to support one’s own good health.
