I’m looking for help from computer savy folks. Support says everything is working on their end, so the problem is with me and my device. I’m having the problem described in the support help section in which I log in as a member, try to access vidchat, then get asked to log in again and the loop continues until I’m locked out. I have a Samsung Notes 8, Android mobile device with Chrome. This issue just started when I tried to watch the fireside vidchat this afternoon. I was watching fine earlier in the day. Can anyone help?

    • I am logged in as member and when I get to the members area for vidchats the last posted is posted is March 2. There was one today but I don’t see it posted. Usually they are available almost immediately… maybe an IT issue going on with the website period. Seems like fodder for a support help ticket.

        • The March 2 Vidchat is the one broadcast today. They had to postpone it, due to extreme weather warning days ago. Dr. F needs to be available incase he has to head for the storm shelter, power goes out etc. He can’t be on a vidchat. So the 1 today is the 1 labled March 2, and that’s the ONLY thing I can’t access as a member, that 1 vidchat.

            • Oh. I remember the postponement. The date threw me off. Didn’t realize the date was cast in concrete ad couldn’t be updated on the icon. Ummm. Hope your issue is resolved.

          • This is just a guess, but my first thought would be something is being blocked by Chrome or by some kind of ad/tracker-blocking add-on or functionality of Chrome. You’ve tried: using other browsers; disabling any ad-blocking functionality and all browser add-ons of any kind in all the browsers you’ve tested; and accessing the content using a private window in whichever browsers you’ve tested?

            • Clearing cookies may help. I’ve had a similar issue when accidentally clicking on member’s content without logging in, then when I do log in I still can’t access member’s content. Not exactly the same issue but worth trying. On my old Nexus phone on Chrome I go to ‘Settings’ -> ‘Privacy and Security’ -> ‘Clear browsing data’ then hit ‘Clear browsing data’, making sure you leave ‘Cookies and site data’ checked. Hope that helps.
