Just thought people should be aware of this…it shoukld make your blood boil. Stimulus check delivery schedule updated by IRS today. Notice everyone EVEN ILLEGALS have their stimulus payments processed EXCEPT our Senior Citizens, Disabled and Vets. These are the people who have worked their entire life or served this country. Their income is so low they are not required to file IRS tax returns. The IRS had all their direct deposit info on the past three Trump stimulus payments, but somehow biden and his Marxist tools have purposefully left our most vulnerable population to suck hind tit. If this isn’t shameful enough NOT ONE Republican has raised the issued but 5 moderate Democrats on the Ways and Means Comm have notified IRS to respond with firm date by Friday March 26.

March 11 Stimulus bill signed into law
March 12 First direct deposit sent (provisional), March 17 (official)
Week of March 15 First paper checks sent
Week of March 22 First EIP cards sent
March 24 Last day to get direct deposit

Not yet announced SSI and SSDI and VA checks sent

Dec. 31, 2021 IRS deadline to finish sending checks(mandated by the bill)
January 2022 Last date to receive a check (if mailed checks sent late December)

  Received letter from Treasury Department dated March 12, 2021 stating second payment of $600 was issued by Direct Deposit. ? I thought $1400. Did they use same letter from the $600 exercise?

  I went to site entered required info.
  Reply was “not enough info” or you are not eligible
  Received the other two via direct deposit before receiving their letter.
  My income is definitely not over their threshold for denial. Ummm.
  Looks to me they expected glitches or making hoops to get one for whatever reason.
  I received my social security direct deposit today per scheduled date.
  Per the irs website my payment status is not available—We are working on this

    I never received any notification. Like you my income is low enough to qualify. My real issue with all of this is putting the Seniors, Disabled and Vets at the end of the line. Instead all the layabouts in the inner cities and single mothers with multiple fathered children who both receive sufficienty money to meet monthly needs, placing them at the end of the list certainly isn’t unreasonable in view of Seniors on SSI or SSDI have all worked for those benefits and the Vets go without say. Even putting the illegals ahead of that last group is shameful. And, secondly for me NOT one Republican has publicly raised the issue and only 5 moderate Democrats on a congressional Comm issed a letter to the IRS to provide a firmed date. People may not care about this group of people, but a society is measured by how well we take care of our aged, disabled and former military. As we race toward collapse, we’re learning who in our society are valued. Folks need to be prepared for what’s to come.

      Agree. My personal opinion is, as a handout the money is being used as a psychological political tool. Punish the opposition and reward your supporters.
      Whether or not there’s a direct deposit to my bank doesn’t matter to me. I refuse to allow them the power to trigger my “that’s not fair” button. I’ve worked all my life and accepted a hand up, but never a hand out. Usually I’m the one one doing that.
      But like you, those who’s situation could really be helped with the hand out, yes.
