      Self-tracking in the digital culture; aka,
      servants of their numbers.
      These self-trackers become the policeman inside their own heads. Whatever instruments are attached serves as a constant means of both control and motivation; where every movement matters and every “bit” makes a big impact.
      Now insurance agencies increasingly tie their fees, services, and discounts to information provided by their customers’ self-tracking devices. The insurance companies even have more intrusive programs under promotion programs like “Vitality”.
      Covid1984 marriage to the Great Re-Set could bring on the “Welfare-Self”; were your charged w/”self-negligence because you didn’t have enough steps; or, too much sugar; or, didn’t take your pill[s] on time.
      I could go on; but you all get the idea, of where this can lead – given our leadership’s mindset/track-record.
