Reading. “Live not by Lies” A manual for Christian dissidents. by Rod Dreher. Joseph might find this book interesting. He interviews Orthodox Christians who learned how to survive the transition from freedom to a communist surveillance state after WW2. Compares Aleksandr Solzhenitsyn’s past observations and the new emerging technocratic A.I. surveillance state.

Great book! Though, a really tough read, emotionally.

It is kind of tough emotionally. Yet I think he may have actually understated things a bit

I have noticed a theme that coincidences also with Victor Frankl’s findings in his observations. Personal accountability and being responsible.

I’m starting to think all of us, Christian or not, may need to read a book like that. I read Solzhenitsyn’s A Day in the Life of Ivan Denisovich, but that was decades ago–back when it was more of a warning than a forecast.
