    Seems the C-rules are by Brussels court verdict nul and void since 31 march 2021. Tiny problem nobody in the Flemish part seems to know, the German part? And some of the French part do. It is the second paper starting from the left = in French.

      Interesting… I skimmed through it. It’s a provisional order based only on a prima facie reading of the case — something similar to a preliminary injunction in U.S. law — and it was done by a trial court (tribunal de première instance). So I’m assuming the government can/will appeal. I don’t know anything about Belgian law, but from just looking at this document, it appears several executive decrees of the government are null and void for now. Maybe there are other executive decrees, or some law passed by the legislature, that the government is using to impose the C restrictions?

          Thanks, my french is non-existing. Belgium has always been corrupt and law something malleable. I suppose it is temporary but Belgium is very allied with France. Whatever they will come up with we will follow and the Walloons are aware of this verdict.
