Don’t know why but gas lines were at several gas stations where I live in south Texas, to beat price increases? I heard the Motiva oil refinery in Port Arthur TX, the largest in North America shut down today because they can’t feed their finished products into the Colonial pipeline since it is shut down.
It takes days, sometimes a week or more to start up a refinery. Even when the pipeline is up and usable, it will take awhile to maximize the distribution volume, especially if refineries need to be restarted. Looks like the forecasted gasoline and diesel shortage has manifested.
Geez I wonder who the wizard was for this one?
I think the Texas masses are panicking again, especially so soon after the electricity outage.
