Germany seems to be following China’s lead with SARS2 surveillance.

China rolled out their travel health certificates in March https://news.yahoo.com/china-launches-covid-19-vaccination-064627974.html

And now Germany expects to have their travel health certificates ready by June.

  SARS COV excuse for the German version of the Patriot Act. Once you let them have it, pretty hard to get it back.
