Without giving away too many personal details, i work a customer service job in Los Angeles County and most of the people whom i interact with are regulars. There’s one in particular who’s a proud Democrat and Navy veteran.

He stopped by yesterday and the topic of mask mandates came up. The federal mandate has expired yet CA still has theirs in place. Well, our pal here essentially said that he’s happy to still be wearing a mask and what do think his reason was?

If you guessed “to save lives” or “follow the science”, you’re horribly wrong. His reason for happy compliance with the CA mask mandate is because it’s the “super Democratic” (with a capital D).

His primary concern is politcal posturing and virtue signalling. I’m not ever going to get into it with him because there’s no point. I’m simply putting out a personal story about how completely lost to us some people have become thanks to the brainwashing tactics of our fascist media (if you ask me). We’ve seen this sort of cultism on the liberal end of politics more so recently. This is the one big reason I’ve abandoned “liberal politics”; the whole thing reminds me of my days having been raised a Jehovah’s Witness, right down to contriving conversations so they can “back-door preach” to you and even instances of shunning family members for (*gasp*) listening to the wrong sort of podcast.

Dr. Farrell wasn’t being overly dramatic when he said we were headed into a dark ages at the begining of the year.

Perhaps time to pull the wool over one’s own eyes like those kooky SubGenius are always prattling on about.
