      When troops first went into Afghanistan I was the first caller on C-Span and told the State Department guest that the USSA stay isn’t at all temporary; but, in fact permanent.
      He complaint to the woman host, “That wasn’t a question”; then took the next caller w/o any comment on my remark.
      I was also the first caller when Admiral Crowe was on just after 9/11.
      I said, “9/11 was an inside job!”
      The look on his face was priceless.

        Hopefully those troops don’t get reallocated to Burma.
