Well I’m coming up on the third anniversary of my little pooch Shiloh and I, and today another first: Shiloh had her first encounter with a house fly that got into the house. She actually PLAYED with it and tried to snatch it out of thin air. She also learned that barking at it doesn’t really help. I think she’s part cat, however, because the fly actually landed … and she pounced and (yuck) ate it. Scratch one house fly….

Lou says that he investigated “houseflies” discovered by Navy aircraft at one of his shipping company warehouses.
