Dana, remember when people posted about the scooters when they first came out? Now that the covid-thingy is supposedly fading away… these things have electric motors and so are “motor vehicles”, so why are they not required to be licensed and pay license and registration fees, and not required to have users have insurance? WHY?, WHY?, WHY?!

Funnily enough, the scooters are made in China too!

Why is the scooter driver being arrested as a DUI? Doesn’t it have to be a motorized vehicle? Can you be arrested for a DUI if you roll down the driveway in a child’s wagon and kill somebody? It is insane! These scooters should be outlawed!

I’ve seen them in operation, they do up to 50 kph.

I’d like to see exactly where the money from all this flows. Are there any funds flowing to politicians or their campaigns?
