I just listened to the Planet Lockdown interview with David E. Martin, PhD, Financial analyst and entrepreneur. Here is a section relevant to this story. “In the minutes from the NIAID Annual Advisory Committee meeting, it was stated they were to prepare for the population developing bacterial and fungal infections. One reason cited for these infections was the inappropriate use of masking techniques, which may amplify the bacterial and fungal risks to the respiratory system. Ironic that the same organization that is instructing people to wear masks, had already in their own minutes anticipated this outbreak. They not only inflicted this first round of terror on the population, but the same individuals organizing this set of actions has contemplated our future harm and is equally positioned to exploit that as well.”

It was +90 F the day they saw the ice crystal display. Viruses and fungal substances like the cool weather..possible geoengineered event that caught the attention of the public. Something they never saw before in south India. Just speculating it seems odd.
