Does anybody else wonder whether the congestion at LA and South China Sea ports, the shortage of container boxes and electronic chips and sky-high shipping rates are all less to do with the knock-on effects of the scamdemic than with somebody being in a panic to complete huge capital works in big black projects requiring the import unusually large quantities of goods and materials?
