Since 1988 the company has put itself in a position to de facto control the Federal Reserve, most Wall Street mega-banks[including Goldman Sachs], the Davos World Economic Forum Re-Set, the Xiden administration and, if left unchecked, the economic future of our world/the ultimate interface w/the Breakaway Civilization.
BlackRock is a law onto itself, THE Shadow Bank; a financial “Swiss Army Knife” and intimately connected to Mexico.

BlackRock gives social credit point to: corporations who practice hiring gender diverse management and employees; to companies eliminating their “carbon footprints”; and those who are following the UN’s guide to “The Green New Deal”; or those donating to Black Lives Matter, or the CDC, or the WHO.
The New York Times cheers on BlackRock as it mows down world financial structure not in compliance w/their Great Re-Set agenda[IMO].
The ruthless vulture capitalist, Carl Icahn, said the the mafia had a better code of ethics than BlackRock.
